Send the campaign

The host system calls POST /v1/workspaces/demo-shop/automated/demo-campaign/send. The Mailer adds everything the law requires by itself.

This is a single-recipient demo of the send path. Sending to a contact list runs as a campaign from the host (for example Studio): the host pushes the recipients to the Mailer, which sends them with pacing and warm-up.

The campaign is not active yet. Save a design in the editor first: saving links it and turns the campaign on.
